10th Installation Ceremony – A journey of Transformation

A decade ago, the journey of Awakening began with promise but little experience. Over time, it evolved into a powerful force, much like a mighty river fed by tributaries. The 10th Installation ceremony of Awakening Toastmasters, held in July 2023, marked a significant milestone in this journey.

Delegates from across the globe were welcomed by TM Muhammed Sa’eed, the president for 2019/20. Reflecting on the past year, TM Najeeb Saheel and DTM Mahinda Karunakara shared insights into Awakening’s growth. Recognition of achievements by TM Abdul Qadir highlighted the club’s success.

DTM Muhammed Sheikh Ahmed led a nostalgic tribute to Awakening’s founding, followed by a showcase of talents in AGT Season 10. DTM Arunasalam Balraj delivered a compelling address, emphasizing lessons learned. The installation of new office bearers, led by TM Bilaal Saheed, marked a new chapter.

TM Zameel Amjed delivered thanks, highlighting the collective effort of past and present leaders. The involvement of all nine past presidents showcased the club’s unity, while the memory wall served as a reminder of past accomplishments.

Under the leadership of TM Bilaal Saheed, Awakening’s journey of transformation continues, promising decades more of excellence.
