Pathways

None of us knew anything about the new Toastmasters Revitalized Educational Program. Some of them said it was going to change the Toastmasters meeting format while others said it was confusing and complicated, but no one knew exactly what it was.

On the 3rd of March, 2018, both the Pathways Guide and the Ambassador (Muhammed Sheikh Ahmed, DTM and Ishfaaq Uvaim, DTM) visited our club to do a presentation on Pathways. It was a very long session and club members showered both the Guide and the Ambassador with questions related to Pathways and how it works. There were questions raised about the current program and members’ status when Pathways is introduced. This session elaborated on the Pathways program and gave us all the confidence to start on this new program.

A practical session to assist on the enrollment of for this new journey was also conducted by Our Pathways Guide on the 22nd of July 2018, and the meeting was themed as “Pathways” to celebrate the first project delivered by Muhammed Sheikh Ahmed, DTM.
